Payment & confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only after the full service amount is paid in advance.

Refund policy

Refunds follow the schedule below, based on when you cancel.

The refund tier changes every day at 5:00 PM, counted from your booking date. For an August 20 booking, for example: until August 13, 4:59 PM it is 100% (the 7-days-before tier); from August 13, 5:00 PM it becomes 80% (the 6-days-before tier). Each later tier changes the same way, at 5:00 PM.

Schedule changes

Change deadline: Schedules can be changed until 3 days before the booking date (same daily 5:00 PM cutoff as refunds).
Up to twice: A booking may be rescheduled up to 2 times.
From 2 days before: From 2 days before onward, schedule changes are no longer available and the refund policy applies.
Same day: Same-day cancellation or change is not allowed and is non-refundable.

Studio rules

No food or drinks: To protect the instruments and gear, food and drinks aren't allowed in the room.
Leave the setup: Please don't change cabling, mics, or routing yourself — ask us ahead if you need something.
Care for the gear: Damage from misuse or negligence may be billed at actual repair cost.

Questions

How do I book?

We recommend booking 2 days to 1 week ahead. Your reservation is confirmed once the full amount is paid; the account is listed in the guide below. For same-day, please call.

What's the difference between a rehearsal demo and pro recording?

Rehearsal demo and multitrack reuse the rehearsal setup and are demo-grade. Pro recording is a separate, dedicated recording setup (mics and gear).

What about services marked 'by inquiry'?

Live Clip and album production are quoted individually according to the scope of work. Give us a ring and we'll talk it through.

Is VAT included?

All prices exclude VAT.

Can I bring food or drinks into the room?

To protect the instruments and gear, we don't allow them in the room.
